A pre-Columbian dish made with avocados, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and lemon juice. Served with freshly made corn chips.

Flautas Norteño
Beef or chicken, rolled tacos, sell-seasoned, deep-fried golden brown and topped with tomato, onion, minced chiles, guaca dhile, and sour cream.

Ensalada de Nopalitos
Tender nopal leaves simmered and marinated in vinaigrette. Served with tomato, onion, and minced chiles, and corn tortillas.

Queso Fundido Solo
Hot Monterey Jack cheese with special El Norteño white corn tortillas.

Pastel de Tres Leches
This traditional Mexican cake recipe, which translates as "three milks," is sweet, moist and eclicious. Topped with whipped cream.
